On October 10th, Lisa Stansbie, Vice-Chancellor of University of Worcester, Nicholas Slade, Assistant Vice-Chancellor and Director of International Department, Melanie Jarman, Director of Academic English and Skills Centre, Lauren Jack, Regional Manager of International Department, Robin, Program Director of Business School Bell, and Liu Jun, General Manager of Shanghai Yucui Education Investment Co., Ltd.， a delegation of 10 guests visited Jinan Campus. Gao Sheng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of the University, Jia Changxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinan Campus, Shi Zhou, Director of the Department of Finance and Economics, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.
During the talks, the two sides reviewed the 10 years of friendly cooperation and fully affirmed the fruitful results achieved by the Finance Cooperative Program, and reached consensus on further deepening and expanding cooperation. The two parties involved in the project had in-depth exchanges on the extension of the project cooperation agreement, the optimization of the teaching model, the teachers academic visit, the international exchange of students, and the introduction of high-level foreign teachers.
During the visit, Melanie Jarman also went to classes to observe the teaching of foreign teachers, communicated with students in class to know their learning situation, and put forward suggestions on how to further enrich the teaching methods and improve the teaching effect. Lisa Stansbie met with the students of 2023, 2022 and 2021 respectively, introduced the University of Worcester and the cooperation programs, and answered the students' questions face to face.
