Guest from Clark University Visited Jinan Campus of SDUST

Three guests from Clark University including Dean Massey of COPACE, Director Li Boqing of China Program, and Assistant Dean Raby of COPACE visited Jinan campus from 6^thto 8^thMarch, 2013. Vice executive director Qi Xueguang and Wang Yingzhang from Jinan campus of SDUST, as well as, administrators from Academic Affairs Office and Foreign Affairs Office warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.

During the visit, a conference was held to discuss issues concerning the existing problems, teaching requirements, the next semester’s teaching-related plans, the selection of textbooks, and international teachers’ recruitment and visa application. In addition, the two parties discussed freshmen’s international teachers’ class schedules and signed the agreement.

Dean Massey and Director Li also met all the freshmen who enrolled in Clark program and answered their questions about studying abroad.

On the last day of their visit, Director Li gave a training program to the students who are going to go abroad soon, and introduced how to apply to study in Clark University for the students who are now in the 3+1+1 Clark program.
