Recently, the university released theResults of2011Staff Appraisal(2012, No.17) as a conclusion oftheStaff Appraisal in 2011.
In the appraisal, with full preparations, our campus established a leading group, worked out the result following the procedures rigidly and with dedicated efforts, and handed in the results and paper works to the university authorities. With in 257 staff (Leading roles of divisions or equivalents included) participating in the appraisal, 38 got A, 212, B and 1 failed. The rest 6 are not rated.
