Guests from University of Tasmania visited Jinan Campus of SDUST

Executive director Paul Rigby from International office of University of Tasmania and CEO Liu Jun from Shanghai Yucui Education Consultancy Co., Ltd visited Jinan campus of SDUST on 5^thNov., 2012. Vice executive director Qi Xueguang and Wang Yingzhang from Jinan campus of SDUST, and some administrators from Academic Affairs Office, Foreign Affairs Office, and Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.

During the visit, a conference was held to discuss issues concerning teaching plans, experimental equipments, teachers’ exchange program, and textbooks. Many consensuses have been reached between SDUST and UTAS, which in turn will promote the further development of SDUST-UTAS cooperative program.

Mr. Rigby and Mr. Liu also met students and held a seminar named “Life and Study at UTAS”. They introduced the life and studying in UTAS, and helped students to find out things as per what they really want in the future and how to get there step by step.
