Jinan Campus of SDUST Held Academic Year Opening Ceremony for Freshmen and Opening Ceremony for Military Training on 4th September, 2012

Academic year opening ceremony for freshmen and opening ceremony for military training was held in the sports field of Jinan campus of SDUST on 4^thSeptember, 2012. Party Secretary of SDUST Wang Chunqiu, President of SDUST Ren Tingqi, Vice Party Secretary of SDUST Li Shuguang, as well as the directors of administration committee of Jinan campus and relevant military officers attended the opening ceremony. Duty director of Office of CPC committee Gao Jianguang hosted the ceremony.

Party Secretarty of SDUST Wang Chunqiu and the relevant Military Commander presented flag for military training regiment, followed by a welcoming and grateful speech given by President Ren Tingqi. Then Vice Party Secretary Li Shuguang read out the military training decisions and a list of the name of military training officers. After that, the Military Commander proposed specific requirments for training officers and freshmen and wished a big success of the military trainining. As the teacher representative and student representative, Wang Xia and Qu Hongyu respectively gave a speech on the ceremony as well. Finally, all of the freshmen vowed to be consistent with the culture of SDUST and contribute to the university’s social recognition, thereby creating a better future for SDUST.
